Legend Auto clave (steam steriliser) is a versatile sterilizing machine with excellent and precise process controls designed as per ASME standards. Steam sterilizers are available in different models such as Vertical sterilizers (Microbiology lab) with swing doors, Horizontal cylindrical sterilizers (Microbiology lab) with conventional radial arm, Horizontal rectangular sterilizers with conventional radial arm and sliding doors etc.

All models are available with SINGLE/DOUBLE door design except vertical which is available only with single door. It has a specially designed chamber to ensure complete condensate removal with crevice free construction to avoid chances of contamination. Sanitary triclover fittings are provided for quick and easy preventive maintenance. Hydraulically tested Sturdy Design can withstand up to 2.5 times the working pressure, making it suitable for rugged operations.

 
Machine is provided with a Contamination Seal to prevent cross-flow of air between the clean and un-clean area. Our Autoclaves are also equipped with sterile air filters (0.01micron) on sterile side for vacuum break. The Autoclaves are fully automated through PLC based control panel.
